1. Introduction

These terms govern the access and use of the Yinvesti platform, operated by YINVESTI SPA, registered in Algeria under Commercial Registration No. 23B1282291 - 16/00, and approved by COSOB under No. CAB/10/2025. Yinvesti operates in accordance with Regulation No. 23-01 of April 12, 2023, governing crowdfunding in Algeria.

2. Platform Operation

• Yinvesti offers an equity crowdfunding model, allowing investors to acquire shares in projects.
• Participants' investments are collected in a special account affiliated with the Yinvesti Foundation, and upon successful financing, they are transferred directly to the account of the funded project. Thus, all participants are contributors to the project.
• If this threshold is not met, investors are refunded after deduction of transaction fees.

3. User Obligations

• Project owners must provide accurate and reliable information.
• Investors must evaluate the risks before investing.

4. Fees and Commissions

Yanvesti charges a percentage commission on the services provided, which is calculated for the project owners and participants separately.

5. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes, amicable mediation is proposed.
• If no agreement is reached, Yinvesti submits the case to COSOB.

6. Limitation of Liability

Yinvesti does not guarantee the success of funded projects.
